Waivers
All riders and guests must sign a waiver form before they can board the boat. An adult must sign for any person under the age of 16.
Policies
- There is a 2-hour minimum on all boat charters, corporate and large group bookings.

- A credit card is mandatory for all reservations.
- Our hours of operation are dependent on weather conditions for the safety of our riders and guests.
- Life jackets must be worn by all riders.
- Requests for time and date changes in Kids Camps must be made 4 days in advance and are strictly subject to availability.
- All prices are subject to sales tax.
- All set packages are for the current Cove Watersports season. The Cove Watersports season can end without notice (usually around Sept 15th)
- All reservations must be pre-booked
Cancellations
7 days notice is required for all sets and charters. There is no refunds or rain checks for cancellations within the 7 days. Please check in at Committed Boardshop 15 minutes prior to your booking. You will be picked up from the government dock at the bottom of Gallant Avenue in the heart of Deep Cove. Please arrive early for your reservation, as parking can get very full. We suggest 30 minutes before your scheduled session.
Late Clients
Drivers can wait a maximum of 15-minutes past the arranged start time for clients. Once the allotted 15-minutes has elapsed, the drive must leave. Drivers are not permitted to return to collect late clients once the 15-minute grace period has elapsed. If a client has called Cove Watersports prior to the designated start time, but is still not able to arrive within the 15-minute grace period they will be charged the cancellation fee. If the driver has no other clients in the boat, he/she may extend the 15-minute grace period, unless there are other bookings. Late arrival time will be deducted off of clients water time.
